One of my other ideas for a dream, as all of the dream has been influenced by my own ideas and suggestions of others who have visited.

There are many bars and social locations, but what everyone really wants is a friendly place where everyone knows their name............I think most of you know where this is going.

Though, I offer a slight twist from prohibition of the 1920's.  You need to know the password to get in.....  I want to keep this a friendly place that would be acceptable as a television show of the 1980's was - if you do anything that is not allowed in PG-rated television, it is to be done somewhere else.

Presenting the Furcheers - that friendly place we have been looking for...

Cheers Theme Lyrics

Where Everybody Knows Your Name by Gary Portnoy and Judy Hart Angelo - Cheers Lyrics

Making your way in the world today takes everything you've got.
Taking a break from all your worries, sure would help a lot.

Wouldn't you like to get away?

Sometimes you want to go

Where everybody knows your name,
and they're always glad you came.
You wanna be where you can see,
our troubles are all the same
You wanna be where everybody knows
Your name.

You wanna go where people know,
people are all the same,
You wanna go where everybody knows
your name.

Full Lyrics never actually aired - (Except on the Tonight Show after the final episode) sort of PG from here on...

Making your way in the world today
Takes everything you've got;
Taking a break from all your worries
Sure would help a lot.
Wouldn't you like to get away?

All those night when you've got no lights,
The check is in the mail;
And your little angel
Hung the cat up by it's tail;
And your third fiance didn't show;

Sometimes you want to go
Where everybody knows your name,
And they're always glad you came;
You want to be where you can see,
Our troubles are all the same;
You want to be where everybody knows your name.

Roll out of bed, Mr. Coffee's dead;
The morning's looking bright;
And your shrink ran off to Europe,
And didn't even write;
And your husband wants to be a girl;

Be glad there's one place in the world
Where everybody knows your name,
And they're always glad you came;
You want to go where people know,
People are all the same;
You want to go where everybody knows your name.

Where everybody knows your name,
And they're always glad you came;
Where everybody knows your name,
And they're always glad you came...
